Write On! Winter Writing Camp 2011

There are two ways to register:

1. Download this form, fill it out, and mail it along with your check (payable to Dallas Woodburn) to:

2. Fill out the camper's name and contact information below.
    In the "Message" section, be sure to include:
  • Your mailing address,
  • The camper's grade level and school
  • The dates and session (morning or afternoon) the camper will be attending.
    You can mail a check to the above address or bring a check to the first day of camp.

(NOTE: Your registration will not be fully processed until payment is received. For Summer Writing Camp: if you choose to pay on the first day of camp, you will not be eligible for the Early Registration Discount.)
